Confirmation For 6th, 7th, and 8th graders, classes in Christian faith (as confessed in the teachings of the Lutheran Church) are held weekly throughout the school year. The classes are taught by the Pastor, with the assistance of the Youth Director and other adult volunteers. Those young people who complete the program of instruction make public profession of their faith and are then considered ready to assume greater responsibility in the life of the Church. Confirmation is usually held on Pentecost Sunday.
